Youth Camp

This is a 1 day, 4 hour camp focusing on introducing youth baseball players to hitting and pitching mechanics to improve bat power and velocity, mental approach to hitting, consistent contact at the plate, pitch development, arm strength and velocity, and pitching mentality.

Players will need to bring their typical baseball equipment: Baseball pants, bat, glove, and cleats.
