Next Steps

 

Once you have purchased your program, our staff will reach out to walk you through sending us a video of your hitting and/or throwing. Feel free to submit your video prior to staff contacting you. We will need a video of your throwing (on mound for pitchers), and /or hitting off a tee. Videos should be recorded from the front side or perpendicular to athletes stance. The videos will be used to assess your biomechanics and build your program for YOU as an individual.
